Holly Koziorowski
Technical Director
As the Technical Director at HERO BX, Holly is responsible for the facility laboratory as well as quality control and research and development. She is also a member of the ASTM Committee D02 on Petroleum Products, Liquid Fuels and Lubricants. Holly began her employment with HERO BX in 2008 as a laboratory technician, performing quality testing on incoming feedstock and outgoing products. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Lead Laboratory Technician where she supervises the laboratory and performed internal BQ-9000 audits.
An Erie native, Holly earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Allegheny College and lives on 10 wooded acres with her husband Dan and two children. The Koziorowski family enjoys spending time outdoors, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, camping, and hiking. Holly enjoys running and yoga and has been a participant in the Barber Beast on the Bay and the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community.
